Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales – Ighten Leigh Social Club

1. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the club.

3. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are for the named purchaser only and cannot be transferred or resold without prior approval from the club.

4. Event Changes

The club reserves the right to change the date, time, or details of the event. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

5. Entry Policy

A valid ticket must be presented to gain entry. The club reserves the right to refuse entry if attendees fail to meet any entry requirements (e.g., age restrictions).

6. Behaviour

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Lost Tickets

Lost or misplaced tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe.

8. Liability

The club is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event unless caused by negligence on the part of the club.

9. Photographs and Recordings

By attending, you consent to photographs or recordings being taken for promotional purposes.

10. Restrictions

Attendees must comply with any health and safety measures in place.
